Baba Saleh Sports – Return and Refund Policy

At Baba Saleh Sports, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as gift cards, sale items, and perishable goods and more are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase when returning an item.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as for items that show obvious signs of use, have missing parts, or are damaged.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before purchase. For exchanges, please contact us directly with details and we will assist with the process.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item was defective or we made an error, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
